I am a wife, mother, chicken-lover, dog-chaser, avant-gardner, artist, and a dreamer (in no particular order). I graduated from the University of Washington in 2004 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Interdisciplinary Visual Art and I am currently working on my second bachelor’s degree, in midwifery. My two passions are art and birth, and I especially love graphic design, textile design, and photography. I grew up in Seattle, Sicily (Italy), and London, where I met my husband. My husband is a pilot in the Marine Corps and so my scenery is always changing. My three beautiful children are my inspiration in everything I do, and I am so thankful that I am able to stay home with them. I homeschool my kids with a curriculum inspired by Waldorf Education, another interest of mine. I love creating and I love learning, so I am always ready for a new challenge.
